Andrey
Gritsman is a native of Moscow, Russia, emigrated
to
the US in 1981, lives in
the New York area, works as a
physician.
He is a poet and essayist, writes in
Russian and
in
English and is the author of five volumes of poetry in
Russian:

S-Petersburg), Double
(Hermitage,
New York), bilingual View from the
Bridge
(Slovo-Word,
New
York), collection of poetry in the ARION
poetry
series in Moscow Transfer and
forthcoming from

Woods.
His
poems in

his MFA degree in Poetry from Vermont
College. Andrey presented his
poetry
and literary essays in the USA, Russia,
Israel, France and in Northern Ireland.
He
runs a bilingual Russian-American Poetry Series in popular
literary clubs in New York City.
